PICNIC PARTY POLICIES

We founded Table & Stem Picnic Party Co. with one goal in mind: giving our customers a beautiful, easy, affordable way to enjoy the celebrations in their lives.  Our company policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us to learn more.

Booking Times

Please book your picnic atleast 2 weeks prior to event date.  In some circumstances, a last-minute picnic may be accommodated so don't hesitate to ask!

BOOKING

To book a picnic, the following info will need to be provided:

  • Picnic Date Request

  • Location

  • Alternate Location

  • Theme choice

  • Upgrade choices (if any)


To secure your booking date, an itemized invoice will be provided and must be paid in full within 3 days.  After 3 days, your date cannot be held.  Payment is accepted via check, venmo or paypal.

An alternate location is provided incase of inclement weather.  This could be any indoor area at least 8x10 in size.

SET UP & CLEAN UP

We are here to make your picnic party as easy as possible!  We will arrive to your location atleast 1 hour prior to your rental time to set up.  We will return for cleanup at the end of your 3 hour time, and take care of all the cleanup.  Any food or drinks left at the table will be discarded so if there is any that you would like saved, please remove them from the picnic area before cleanup.

All linens are washed and sanitized between parties, and the picnic is setup using gloves to keep the area pristine for you and your guests.

DAMAGE POLICY

All picnic equipment is the property of Table & Stem Picnics.  All items and decor are to be in the same condition they were received.  The customer will be responsible for any loss or damage to the items and will be charged accordingly.  We realize stains to table linens will be normal and will not be penalized.

REFUNDS & INCLEMENT WEATHER

In the chance of inclement weather, we are happy to update the location to an alternate site of your choice.  At the time of booking, you are required to select a back-up location of your choice that can be used in the chance of bad weather.  If no backup location is provided, Table & Stem Picnics will attempt to have your picnic on another available date.
We do not offer refunds.
